The Athletics acquired Adams from the Mets on Sunday in exchange for cash considerations.
Scouting Report
Owns a big frame (6'3", 220 pounds) and plenty of strikeout ability in the minor leagues. His best pitch is an awesome slider that is almost impossible to track. Does not always have control and command of his pitches, including his slider, so he struggles with both walks and hits at crucial moments. Is somewhat raw.
Long Range Potential: Raw, talented but inconsistent right-hander.
