Scouting Report
A cerebral performer, he takes a lot of pitches, works counts and draws plenty of walks. Also makes consistent contact at the dish, with occasional power. Is also a solid defender behind the dish. Needs to continue to work on his throws to bases, since he has trouble throwing runners out attempting to steal. Also, he may have to become a little more aggressive at the plate to hit more homers.
Long Range Potential: Solid, patient catcher with upside.
