Harvey signed a minor-league contract with Atlanta on Feb. 18.
Scouting Report
A power pitcher with a solid frame, he can generate plenty of strikeouts at all lower levels. Has also proven capable of closing out ball games in the minor leagues. His control can be a bit too spotty, so he needs to curb his penchant for walking too many batters in order to maximize his appearances in Major League Baseball.
Long Range Potential: Decent reliever with a little upside.
