Baker (concussion) had no restrictions for the Cardinals' offseason program, Bob McManaman of The Arizona Republic reports.
Baker (concussion) was released from the hospital Tuesday and is returning to Arizona, Mark Dalton of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Superb athletically: very fast even for an NFL defensive back (a burner downfield) and very, very quick-footed and explosive adjusting to fakes from receivers. Is fluid and agile moving laterally in space to make plays all over the field, and has adequate physical strength to compete in the pro secondary. Needs to be more of a playmaker: would benefit by adding more interception ability to his skill-set, and can do more to produce as a volume tackler. Is not a top-tier leaper, which presents challenges on jump balls. Doesn't have ideal size for the pro secondary, and his physical bulk especially isn't ideal.
Long Range Potential: Athletic, versatile defender with starter tools.
