The Vikings signed Moreau on Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Scouting Report
Brings fantastic foot speed to the secondary and can keep up with any NFL receiver. Also has good short-area foot quickness for dealing with changes in the action, and is a superb leaper who can win battles in the air. Possesses adequate height for an NFL d-back too, with a filled-out frame for bodying receivers. Isn't yet a big-play d-back: can do more as an interception threat, and can improve his overall tackling volume. Agility isn't a strength so he needs to succeed with angles and anticipation.
Long Range Potential: Instinctive cover cornerback.
