Is thoroughly game-conditioned after four years as a starter in college. Meets the pro benchmarks for stature and strength; he is also an accomplished student with advanced learning skills and leadership qualities. A poised, accurate passer, he excels on timing routes and is adept at working through his progressions. His lack of raw arm strength could be a disqualifier. Also, his small conference background makes for a steeper learning curve. Lacks the mobility to escape the pocket and improvise when under pressure in the NFL.
