Trautman caught both of his targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Texans.
A high-volume target in college, he hauls in any ball within reach and can contribute mightily to the passing game as a midrange and red zone option. Presents a huge target and is adept at boxing out defenders to create space; he exhibits a wide catch radius and the athletic traits to adjust to throws and elevate above coverage. Is fluid and can accelerate quickly into routes. Is unlikely to generate a ton of yards after the catch. His height and mass are adequate for in-line blocking duties, though he may need more bulk to handle bigger opponents in the NFL.
Long Range Potential: Quality tight end with upside.
