Whitehead does not have a surgery scheduled after sustaining a ruptured pectoral during Sunday's game against the Giants, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Scouting Report
Shows excellent functional strength, helping him get a jam at the line of scrimmage and battle well throughout the play. Can be more active jumping routes and challenging for interceptions. Not ideally tall for a pro defensive back. Struggles to make some plays due to short arms. Possesses small hands for a defensive back.
Long Range Potential: Talented defensive back with some starter tools.
