Stephens is slated to sign a three-year, $36 million contract with the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
Was a little older than most rookies when he entered the NFL. Can play both cornerback and safety, after beginning his college football career as a running back. He is still raw on the defensive side of the ball, but is showing the skill and desire to learn that make defenders effective. He can also contribute on special teams as he develops.
