Carter rushed three times for four yards and caught two of three targets for one yard in Sunday's 11-6 loss to the Dolphins.
Carter rushed once for two yards and caught two of three targets for three yards in Sunday's 23-6 loss to Seattle.
The smallish running back knows how to hit the hole at the right time and shows that he can gain yardage even without a lot of help from his offensive line. He can also contribute as a receiver because of his good hands and speed. Staying healthy is likely to be an issue because of his lack of size, and he is best utilized in a role where he has a ceiling on the number of touches he gets in a game.
Long Range Potential: Productive all-around running back.
