Scouting Report
The pint-sized wideout makes up for his lack of size with blazing speed that can force defenses to back off him or bring a safety over to help. He will have to work harder at battling for contested catches and does not figure to run a lot of routes that take him into traffic. He can also be used as a returner and on gadget plays, and he could become a major downfield threat as he gets used to the speed of the game at the NFL level.
Long Range Potential: Smallish kickoff/punt returner and deep-threat wide receiver.
