Thomas suffered a significant knee injury sometime last week, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
Scouting Report
The long, rangy defensive end has some pass-rushing ability, though he has to get better at the point of attack. Has good hand usage and knows how to find the best angles to get after the quarterback. He has to get off the snap faster and will likely need to add both strength and weight to get significant playing time. Legal issues during his college football days present some maturity concerns.
Long Range Potential: Rotational defensive end with some upside.
