Allgeier finished the 2023 campaign with 186 rushing attempts for 683 yards and four touchdowns in 17 appearances. He also caught 18 of 23 targets for 193 receiving yards and an additional score.
Allgeier rushed nine times for 69 yards and a touchdown and brought in his only target for a 19-yard reception in the Falcons' 29-10 win over the Colts on Sunday.
A well-built, instinctive running back, he has one-cut ability and the vision to maximize a blocking scheme. He is not explosive, but runs well behind his blocks and has a knack for falling forward when tackled. He is also a willing pass blocker but does not add much as a receiver, which can limit him to being a two-down back in the NFL.
