A true pocket collapser who drives blockers back into the backfield and causes havoc. Strength is the name of his game: he set state power-lifting records in high school & continues to add power. Also has long arms and big hands, so plays much bigger than his height. Explosive and quick, tracking the run well and getting his sacks. Not ideally-sized for a nose tackle, and doesn't have the technique / approach (yet) to line up regularly as a pure end. Must keep refining his fundamentals to get the most from his excellent mix of raw power and explosive quickness off the snap.
