Lindgren was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Tarik El-Bashir of Monumental Sports Network reports, indicating he will patrol the home crease Sunday in Game 4 versus the Rangers.
Lindgren stopped 19 shots Friday during a 3-1 loss to the Rangers in Game 3 of the Capitals' first-round series.
Owns a decent frame (6-1) and solid fundamentals for the goaltending position. Also, he catches with his right hand (which can often deceive NHL shooters). Needs to add bulk and fill out his big frame. Also needs to learn the intricacies of the goaltending position for the professional ranks in order to maximize output.
