The Yankees recalled Ramirez from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday.
Scouting Report
Has excellent size and athleticism. A two-way player in the NCAA ranks, he is a power pitcher who can strike batters out regularly. Can be used in the late innings at lower levels but needs to become more consistent for MLB. Because he spent time in the minors as a power hitter, his pitching remains a little bit unrefined.
Long Range Potential: Raw but talented power left-hander.
