The Mets are finalizing a trade that will send Nimmo to the Rangers in exchange for infielder Marcus Semien, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Scouting Report
Is a great athlete with tremendous hitting skills and burgeoning strength and power. Can cover enough ground to play center field. Is a true playmaker all over the field. For his level of athleticism, he should be able to steal more bases. Also, he is still somewhat raw in most facets of the game. Walks a lot but is a bit too passive at times.
Long Range Potential: Solid outfielder.
