Scouting Report
Few young quarterbacks come this far with such a thin resume but his physical assets are undeniable. Presents as a quarterback prototype with ideal height, mass and NFL arm strength. A highly-touted candidate since high school, he was forced to transfer for his senior year in college (from the University of Connecticut to Eastern Kentucky) due to a lack of playing time. A high-character individual committed to the game, he has persevered to achieve his dream. Lacks a consistent record of success at lower levels. The jury is still out on whether he can be a starting quarterback at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Backup quarterback with some upside.
