The Eagles placed Okwuegbunam (hamstring) on injured reserve Saturday.
A productive tight end for three years in college, he was a featured red zone target who converted a high percentage of receptions into touchdowns. Excels at using his massive frame to block out defenders and win position battles. Exhibits great arm extension and uses length to snatch catches outside his frame. Is sufficient in his blocking skills to play every down. A straight-line player, he lacks the play speed and agility to run every type of route or add yards after the catch.
Long Range Potential: Functional tight end with some playmaking skills.
