Though he has the speed, athleticism, range and motor to play linebacker, he can be limited to special teams or a backup role on defense. He was a quarterback for his first two college football seasons, so he is still learning the linebacker position. However, he tends to find his way to the football, making him better suited for the weak-side role, where he has more freedom to pursue.
