The Rams activated Williams (hamstring) from injured reserve Saturday.
Scouting Report
An undrafted player out of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he lacks size for the cornerback position but makes up for it with smarts, sound positioning and resilience. He is also a ball hawk and makes a lot of plays on defense. He tends to get challenged a lot by opposing quarterbacks but he is usually ready for it. Can also be a factor in run support, though he could stand to add more bulk to his frame.
Long Range Potential: Solid, undersized cornerback.
