Pierce finished the 2023 season with 145 carries for 416 yards and two touchdowns along with 13 receptions (17 targets) for 101 receiving yards over 14 regular-season games.
The short but strong running back has a nose for the end zone, despite not being particularly quick nor possessing breakaway speed. He has good vision, the leg drive to break tackles and the power to create extra yards. His light usage in college football means he has a lot of tread left on his tires. He owns decent hands and adequate pass-blocking technique.
Long Range Potential: Talented workhorse running back.
