Svechkov signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Nashville on Friday.
Scouting Report
Played against men in Russia at ages 17 and 18, and did not look out of place. He is a skilled and creative puckhandler who can make plays along the half wall. He is also reliable off the puck, can kill penalties and is always willing to play a physical, defensively responsible game.
Long Range Potential: Skilled two-way center.
