Johnston (illness) won't be in the lineup for Friday's regular-season finale against the Lightning, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
The enormous physical winger can hurt when he hits, and he will hit anyone and everyone--but without taking a lot of bad penalties. Stands up for his teammates when needed and has the team-first attitude of an enforcer. He is capable of making life uncomfortable for opposing defensemen when he gets in on the forecheck and can chip in the odd goal and assist here and there.
