Lindholm (undisclosed) will play in Tuesday's exhibition contest versus Philadelphia, Joe Haggerty of Boston Sports Journal reports.
Lindholm (undisclosed) was absent from Tuesday's practice and won't see any preseason action this week, according to Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald.
The do-it-all center has the offensive chops to play on the first line and the defensive skills to challenge for the Selke Trophy. He has the kind of 200-foot game that brings smiles to a coach's face, and can play on both special teams as well as chew up key minutes at even strength. His willingness to do the little things can make already-good linemates look even better.
