Butler (knee) will be a full go for training camp this week, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
The Heat announced Thursday that Butler has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL and will miss several weeks, Tim Reynolds of Associated Press reports.
A stellar producer at both ends of the floor. Has always been a top-tier defender, and has developed a great all-round offensive game to go with it. An explosive leaper and finisher who's also a very good passer and a superb free throw shooter. Works hard and has overcome adversity to be successful. Somewhat injury-prone. Mildly streaky: plays like a superstar for several games then will have the occasional below-par performance or two. Not much of a three-point shooter despite taking his share of attempts from downtown.
Long Range Potential: All-Star swingman.
