Hamilton underwent right wrist surgery recently but is expected to be ready for the start of the 2023-24 season, James Nichols of The Fourth Period reports.
Hamilton suffered a "bad" wrist injury in opening round versus the Rangers, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
Is an offense-first defenseman with a big frame, a good point shot and excellent mobility. He can log big minutes and play in all situations, including as a power-play quarterback. One of the few defensemen who is a regular in shootouts. Despite his size, he is not a physical player and lacks consistency at times.
Long Range Potential: Outstanding, big-minute defenseman.
