Landeskog (knee) was able to get onto the ice Thursday for the first time since undergoing cartilage transplant surgery in May, Brennan Vogt of The-Rink.com reports.
One of the youngest captains in NHL history, he has the size, skill and grit teams want in a power forward. Plays a simple game but plays it superbly well. Knows when to shoot and when to pass, and he is physical enough to protect smaller, skilled linemates. Is an exemplary teammate and a low-maintenance star.
