Husso was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Daniella Bruce of the Red Wings' official site reports, indicating he will start Monday's home game against Toronto.
Husso saved 21 of 24 shots through overtime in a 4-3 shootout win against Arizona.
The big Finnish goaltender finally earned a regular NHL roster spot after four seasons in the minor leagues. Consistency is becoming less of an issue as he moves through the prime of his career. He tracks pucks well and covers a lot of space around the crease because of his size. Netminders generally tend to take longer to develop, and he is yet another example.
Long Range Potential: Huge, late-blooming goaltender.
