Jarventie has a knee injury that is expected to keep him out of training camp, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports Thursday.
Scouting Report
Has a projectable frame and plenty of skill. Is perfectly comfortable setting up linemates just as much as he enjoys shooting the puck himself. Can play both wing and center, which adds to his overall value at the National Hockey League level. Consistency still eludes him, though.
Long Range Potential: Talented, versatile forward.
