Johnson aggravated a lower-body injury and will miss Wednesday's preseason contest versus Columbus as a result, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550.
Scouting Report
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2006 draft continues to thrive as a big defenseman who skates well. He still has a big shot, possesses excellent hockey sense and is effective in a shutdown role. Staying healthy has been an issue throughout his career, but he is capable of averaging 20 effective minutes per game when available.
Long Range Potential: Solid veteran defenseman (when healthy).
