MacDermid was traded by the Kraken to the Avalanche in exchange for a 2023 fourth-round pick on Tuesday, PuckPedia reports.
Scouting Report
Is blessed with great size and the physicality to punish opposing forwards with regularity. Is also willing to drop the gloves. Keeps things simple from the back end. Does not have a lot of skill so he must avoid handling the puck too much at the highest level. Must also continue to work on his skating to handle quicker forwards.
