Is perhaps not as big as most puck stoppers in his era but his reflexes and instincts for the goaltending position are second to none. He reads the play extremely well and has excellent lateral movement and overall quickness. He also displays the type of cool, confident demeanor that is required for long-range success at the highest level. May need to add more bulk to his frame. Also needs to prove he can become a true 60-game goaltender in North America, since he is used to splitting duties. His glove hand is capable of game-changing saves, while his ability to find the puck in traffic also sets him apart. His athleticism is as good as there is for a goalkeeper. Still needs to refine his game a bit, as he remains somewhat raw in the crease area.
