Brown is signing a partially guaranteed one-year contract with the Trail Blazers on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Brown scored 25 points (11-16 FG, 2-3 FT) and grabbed 10 rebounds in Saturday's win over Northern Arizona.
Is a huge physical specimen at 7'1", 245 pounds (with room for more bulk), so he can be a monster rebounder at any level. Is also fairly athletic. Can be a solid rim protector. Is somewhat raw in most facets of the game of basketball, and is very much a work-in-progress pivot in the NBA. Needs to continue to work on his offensive moves in order to maximize output (and his number of appearances) at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Raw, talented center with some upside.
