Manson (upper body) will not be in the Avs' two-game road trip, Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports Friday.
Scouting Report
The son of longtime NHL defenseman Dave Manson plays the same position as dad but does it differently, especially when it comes to fighting. He is big and strong, can play a physical game while averaging 20 minutes per game. His offensive numbers have dropped off after his mid-20s but he remains a solid citizen along the blueline.
