The son of former NHLer Brian Rolston has struggled to break through in the professional ranks, so perhaps a change of scenery will serve him well. It certainly cannot hurt.

The Blackhawks did not get much out of Rolston, who failed to play in any games with Chicago during his tenure with the organization. They decided to move him on without a return.
