KINGS DEAL FOR COACH'S SON
The Los Angeles Kings acquired forward Brett Sutter from the Minnesota Wild for forward Scott Sabourin.
What does it give the Los Angeles Kings
The Kings acquired head coach Darryl Sutter's son in Brett, who will probably remain in the AHL and take on a leadership role with the Ontario Reign. This could lead to an eventual coaching career, too.
What does it give the Minnesota Wild
Sabourin is a big body who should provide depth and toughness at the AHL level for the rest of 2015-16. Only 23, Sabourin is younger than journeyman Sutter but just as likely to remain in the minors.
Fantasy impact
Neither Sutter nor Sabourin have much in the way of fantasy value, unless you take penalty minutes into account.
